LEDTY Luxe Outlet carries a curated mix of new and pre-owned, and vintage merchandise, including direct-purchase inventory and consignment pieces. Our products come from trusted suppliers, authorized resellers, auctions, and liquidation partners, along with limited stock sourced directly from retailers and distributors.
We value transparency and want every guest to shop with confidence. The guidelines below explain how we operate and what to expect when purchasing from us.
1 · Returns & Exchanges
No Returns – Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit may be offered at management discretion within 7 days of purchase.
Body & Fragrance Sales Final
All sales on body care, fragrance, skincare, and personal products are final and cannot be exchanged or returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Condition for Exchange
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Management may decline an exchange if an item shows use or damage.
2 · Private Shopping Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Private Shopping session. Deposits apply toward same-day purchases. Sessions may be rescheduled once with 24-hour notice; missed or late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
3 · Consignment & Handbag Authenticity
LEDTY Luxe Outlet carries new and pre-owned merchandise obtained from authorized resellers, liquidation partners, estate sales, local consignors, etc...
All designer and branded items are described in good faith based on supplier or consignor information and visible condition at the time of intake. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all items are sold as-is and LEDTY Luxe Outlet does not independently guarantee authenticity.
Customers may request third-party authentication before or after purchase for a non-refundable service fee of $25–$50 per item. Results are provided directly by the independent authenticator.
If a third-party authenticator later determines that a consigned item is not authentic:
The buyer must notify LEDTY Luxe Outlet within 7 days of receiving authentication results.
We will review the documentation and contact the consignor immediately.
If the item is confirmed inauthentic, LEDTY Luxe Outlet will remove the item from sale and issue the buyer a full refund or store credit, as applicable under our consignment agreement.
The consignor will be held financially responsible under the terms of that agreement.

4 · Rewards Program
Members earn points through the Rewards Program for purchases, social follows, and other activities.
Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or combined with other offers, and do not expire.
Only registered members can earn or redeem rewards.

5 · Payment Policy
We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and approved digital payments.
Deposits and consignment payouts are processed electronically unless otherwise arranged.
6 · Privacy & Data
Customer information is used only for order processing, communication, and marketing with consent.
We do not sell or share personal data. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
