Are your fragrances 100% authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance offered by LEDTY Luxe Outlet is 100% authentic, sourced through trusted suppliers, authorized retailers and authorized distributors. Handbags and accessories are a mix of authentic designer merchandise and fashion merchandise, and each is clearly identified so you always know what you are buying.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States. Local pickup is also available at our Arabi boutique on eligible orders.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, and most arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Items in the same order may ship separately, so you may receive more than one tracking number.

What is your return policy?

Eligible handbags and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Eligible fragrances may be returned within 7 days only if unopened with the factory seal intact. Opened fragrances can only be returned if they arrive damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect. All returns need authorisation first, so contact us before sending anything back.

What do EDT, EDP and Parfum mean?

They describe how concentrated the fragrance oil is. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is the lightest and best for daytime. Eau de Parfum (EDP) is stronger and lasts longer. Parfum is the richest and most long-lasting of the three.

Can I order something I can't find on the site?

Often, yes. Our website does not list everything we carry in the boutique. Send us a special order request and we will check availability, pricing and delivery, then quote you before anything is ordered. Special orders require full payment once approved and are final sale.

Can I visit you in person?

Yes. Our boutique is at 6723 St. Claude Avenue, Suite 100B, Arabi, LA 70032, open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Online and in-store stock can differ, so call ahead if you are coming for something specific.
